By commissioning me, you agree to the terms laid out in this document. These terms are subject to change from time to time
(mainly yearly), based on the experiences I get during my commission making journey.
If something is here, it’s for a reason.It is your responsibility to review them before commissioning me.
In doubt about something, please contact me directly through any of my socials! I'll me more than happy to clear stuff up for you ♡

General Terms:

🌸 - I reserve the right to decline/reject or cancel a commission if the request goes against my personal beliefs or if the commission includes political or problematic themes,
a refund will be provided depending on which part of the commission we are at (sketch or line art).🌸 - I WILL NOT MAKE ANY NSFW COMMISSIONS.
I will not draw any genitalia, which means I will draw any and all characters with a doll like anatomy.🌸 - The estimated completion time for a commission is from a week to 3 weeks, depending on complexity and workload.
Delays may occur due to things in my daily life, like health complications, my studies and my additional jobs, but clients will be notified whenever I’m working on their piece, and if I have any issues completing their commission.🌸 - For me to start on your commission, you’ll have to provide me with a clear and detailed description of what you want in your commission, the more details the better!
Character refs, Pinterest boards, moodboards, everything helps! Since I’m trying to get as close as possible to your vision ♡🌸 - Sketching can take from a couple of hours to 5 days, depending on the complexity of your piece.🌸 - The client will receive updates during every stage during the making of their art piece: sketch, line art, coloring, coloring of the lineart, rendering, background making, etc.🌸 - Revisions and asking for changes are only allowed during the sketching and line art stages, up to 10 changes during sketching (with change of position of the extremities or the entire pose, expression changes, outfit changes, addition of elements or props, etc), and 6 changes during line art (regarding the thickness of the lines, line overlap, etc).🌸 - All communication will be conducted via the medium you contact me by (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, Bluesky, Telegram, UnVale, Discord or Email). I will not ask you to change the communication medium unless my devices break or I somehow lose access to those accounts.🌸 - Prices are non-negotiable, unless the commission is requested during published and active promotions or discounts.🌸 - All payments must be made either via PayPal (United States Dollars), Mercado Pago or Ualá (Argentinian pesos).🌸 - If the client fails to provide payment within the discussed timeframe, I will contact them, and if I receive no response or they fail to provide the payment, the commission will be canceled and their commission info will be removed from Trello.🌸 - Chargebacks will not be tolerated if I have already started the coloring process or if I finished the commission.🌸 - Commissions are completed in the order they are received, unless the commissioners request and pay a rush fee.

Process:

🌟 - After discussing the main details,
you’ll be added to the Trello list
(please check that you are added to it).🌟 - I’ll start making a sketch including all the mentioned details, you can ask me to make as many changes as needed until we get to a final sketch you are satisfied with.🌟 - After the sketch, to move into the lineart, you’ll be requested to make payment:
If in USD: You’ll need to pay the full price, to confirm your commitment to the commission and ensure that I am fairly compensated for my work.
If in Pesos Argentinos: You’ll pay half the price upfront (50%) and the rest of the price upon completion, so I can send you the final piece in full quality.🌟 - I’ll line a main part of the drawing (like the face), and I’ll send you and update to know you thoughts on the lineweight. If you request any changes made, we will not move forward from this stage until you approve the final look of the linework.🌟 - Once you approved the look of the lineart, I’ll do the flat colors.🌟 - After the flat colors are finalized (and approved), I’ll start coloring the line art based on a darker version of those colors (you can request an specific color or tonal changes).🌟 - Then comes the rendering, my render style is pretty simple (you can request an specific color, tonal changes or changes in the shapes of the shadows/lights).🌟 - Finally, I’ll work on the background, have in mind I usually do flat colors, so my background design is not very developed.

Refund Policy:

✴︎ Refunds are available only if:
⟡ - I am unable to complete the commission.
⟡ - The client cancels before significant progress has been made (after the sketch stage/before lineart).✴︎ - Partial refunds may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

⚠️ No refunds will be given once the artwork is completed and delivered in full quality.

Client Responsibilities:

🌸 - Provide clear references and detailed descriptions of the desired artwork.
🌸 - Provide feedback at key stages to avoid delays.
🌸 - Respect the boundaries of the artist-client relationship and maintain professional communication.
🌸 - Make sure to provide their base information to be added to the Trello list.

Usage Rights and Copyright:

🌟 - As the artist, I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to the commissioned artwork.🌟 - The commissioned artwork is for PERSONAL USE ONLY, unless a commercial license is purchased.⚠️ Clients are "prohibited" from:
- Reselling (with the exception of sale or transfer of ownership of the character),
redistributing, or using the artwork for profit without a commercial license.
- Claiming the artwork as their own (made/produced by them).
- Altering the artwork without permission or a heads-up.🌟 - I reserve the right to use the artwork for portfolio purposes,
social media posts, and promotional material unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.🌟 - Commercial use (for example, for merchandise, branding, stream overlay or advertising)
must be discussed and agreed upon separately, additional fees may apply.
